SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

LOCAL (MALTA) - All website orders are shipped from our  Malta warehouse via MaltaPost.

We aim to have all local Malta orders delivered within 2 working days if placed before 1PM (MALTA TIME), Monday to Friday.Public holidays not included

Any orders made on Friday post 1pm, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched within 24 hours from the following Monday.  

MALTA - Should you need your purchase urgently, over the weekend or as a last minute gift kindly contact us via social media or Email to inquire if theres any possibility to arrange a collection or drop off - not guaranteed .

 

 

INTERNATIONAL - Shipping charges will be calculated and estimated time frames will be given at checkout depending on your zone. All orders are fully tracked. We aim to have all orders shipped within 2 working days if placed before 1pm (MALTA TIME EUROPE), Monday to Friday. Any orders made on Friday post 1pm, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched within 24 hours from the following Monday. Local feasts and public holidays can delay dispatch,

The time frames above are estimated and act as a guide only.  Delivery duration is calculated at checkout and an estimation.

The timeframe above is in business days  and it is an average, not a guarantee.

DUTY AND TAXES

Alba is situated within the EU.

EU Customers will not face any duty or taxes.

OUT OF EU -International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Alba Resortwear has no control over the import fee charged and will not be responsible for the payment of any duties or taxes.
• Where taxes and duties are refused to be paid by a Customer and a parcel is returned to Alba Resortwear and received, the Order will be refunded (less any shipping costs). 

Returns Policy

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes! ALBA wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and will happily offer issue a refund.

MALTAShould you wish to exchange for a different color, size or style kindly contact us directly.

MALTA - Kindly contact us via email or social media with your order number to inquire about a return or exchange . 
 

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

We accept returns on our full price products or products purchased with a discount code but not during an annual or final sale section.

We do not accept returns on products that show signs of ware, are not in tact with its original tags and labels and not in the same condition as received.

CLEARANCE/ANNUAL SALE: Cannot be returned unless the item received is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly.

PIERCED JEWELLERY Cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

SWIMWEAR: Can be returned for a refund or exchange (as long as the item has hygiene stickers tags and packaging still in place).

 

HOW DO I ORGANIZE MY RETURN?

Kindly drop us an email with your order number and let us know what you would like to return and we will get back to you with instructions

IS MY REFUND ELIGIBLE? EU AND WORLDWIDE

For a refund to be processed, eligible products can be returned within 12 days of the date you placed your order providing the product is in original condition. That is, unworn, unmarked, unwashed, odour-free, with all tags and sanitary labels attached, in original packaging. Alba reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. We encourage trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense. Kindly watch out for Make Up stains when trying on.

RETURNS FROM EUROPE & THE REST OF THE WORLD:

Customers will need to send the returns at their own accord.

Returns must be received within 12 days of the day you placed your order. We suggest you always used a tracked returns courier. We are not responsible for any returns that dont reach us.Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been received. If you need more advice on how best to ship your return from your country, please contact albaresortwear@gmail.comAfter posting kindly drop us an email on albaresortwear@gmail.com with your tracking number so we know to expect your return.

 

PREPARING YOUR ITEM FOR A REFUND:

Great love & care has been taken to ensure your item arrives to you immaculately and it must be returned in the same condition, making sure the product is folded neatly in original packaging keeping all labelling flat & undamaged. The cost involved in returning an item to ALBA will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customers sole responsibility. For your own peace of mind we recommend you carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during transportation and use registered post to track your item. Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been received.

 

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN:

Once your return has undergone a quality control check, our returns team will inspect your items and determine whether exchange or refund will be offered in accordance with our policy. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed, but high volume periods, especially around the summer season could cause delays.

 

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER

In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect item or immediately find a manufacturing fault, please contact info@albaresortwear.com and we will help resolve your issue as fast as we can.
